Baker Installations Launches Knowledge @ Baker

Baker Installations, a telecommunications outsourcing company headquartered in McMurray, PA, that services clients throughout the Mid-West and East Coast, is pleased to announce the launch of their proprietary online training site Knowledge @ Baker.

"Coupled with Field Training, Knowledge @ Baker is expected to expand the knowledge of our tech force by providing a wealth of broadband best practices, troubleshooting curriculum and a mechanism for certifying technicians in the technical aspects of installations, customer service skills as well as local system specifications," said Mark Rowan, Director of Training and Productivity Improvement.
